WhiteBox Service™ is an independent service center providing in–warranty repair for 60 manufacturers and out–of–warranty repair across all consumer electronics categories. Our mission has always been to turn our customers into advocates through a flawless service experience.

From our humble beginnings in 1985, repairing goods for a single retailer, to our current 61,000 sq' building we have evolved based upon our customers' needs. Our facility is not only home to 50 ISCET accredited technicians, we have residential and commercial installation services, a growing call center, inventory management services, distribution and fulfillment services and a full service HD video conferencing training center used by manufacturers and customers alike.

In 2009 we re-engineered our facility to focus on your three fastest growing repair needs: LCD and Plasma TV, video gaming devices [console and handheld] and the ipod/MP3 category. We are adjusting to the digital world, just like you are. Of course, this does not mean that rear projection TV, car audio, DVD, receivers, speakers and other traditional electronics categories are any less important to you or to us. And, if you live near us, we have technicians on the road to help you in your house.
