  1. 1. How long does a repair take?

    Your unit will be evaluated within 24 hrs of receipt. We thoroughly test every repair before it is returned to you. Even with this testing period, 97% of our repairs leave us within 72 hours of receipt.

  2. 2. How long is a WhiteBox Service repair guaranteed?

    Our repairs are guaranteed for 60 days.

  3. 3. How do I ship the item to you?

    If you are sending in an LCD TV for repair, we will send you the box and packing you need to use to get the TV to us safely. For MP3 or gaming consoles you may send the repair to us in packaging of your choice, use FedEx/Kinkos or UPS Store to package for you or request an authorized box from us.

  4. 4. Do you have trained technicians?

    Absolutely. Every one of our technicians has a CET certification and a minimum 2-year degree from an accredited technical school. In addition to this, we receive weekly training from manufacturers that our technicians are required to attend.

  5. 5. What do you do with my repair if it can't be fixed?

    Although we repair over 93% of the items sent to us, there are instances where it is not economically sensible to complete a repair. In those cases you may have us return the not repaired item or you can participate in our Go Green campaign and have us recycle the item. We proudly break down and recycle 100% of every item where the customer chooses this option. From plastic bezels to sophisticated integrated circuits, we send 0 lbs of e-waste to landfills.

    Our expertise is in MP3, gaming and LCD repair, but our roots were grown trouble shooting all electronics. Surround sound receivers, GPS, DVD players, speakers, digital cameras and camcorders are just a few of the categories that we continue to have dedicated departments repairing items every day.     Our customer service department is open from 9am - 6pm EST M–F.

  10. 10. Will my unit lose data or saved songs / games?

    Saved songs or games may be lost if your Hard Drive or main board is replaced. It is recommended that you back up all data before sending your unit in for repair if possible.
